So on Tuesday I approached a client, to talk to him about my company new software (CRM).

So, the discussion got underway,

Me: Hello Mr. client, how's business going?

Client: Business is going fine. We just hit another contract with one of our partners.

Me. That sounds fantastic. You see Mr. Client. We just released our CRM and we feel your company sit In a better position to use our software. Mind you this software would solve all your complex task at half the price.

Mr. Client: your product looks good, but already we are using XYZ software to manage our periodic task.

Me. Don't you think we posses better feature than your XYZ app?

Mr. Client: Hmmm, I don't think so!

Me. Remember Mr. Client we are giving you a whole Software with a better feature at half the price. I want you to consider it?

Mr. Client: Am not willing to change now.

This brings me to this 'People rarely change their mind'

You see, the client has already made his decision from the onsert of everything. I can't change that, but I could influence his decision. Like wise you👍!
